Fees & Insurance Information
I am considered an "in-network" provider for Aetna and United insurances; otherwise I am an "out-of-network" provider. I can provide any necessary superbill paperwork needed to submit to your insurance for reimbursement of out-of-network benefits. Fee information can be found below.

Cancellation Policy
I require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee.
